Keams Yard Gallery on the sea front!

The space on offer is about 70%  of the existing space at Keam's Yard. The back third will remain  as Bruces studio/gallery. The space available is approximatetly 20ft x 12 ft (240 square feet, or 12m2), with white walls and optional moveable partitions. The rent would be £450 per calender month. Space could easily accommodate 10 people!

i would be interested in this too.   How much would it cost?

The space I'm offering to the group is about 70%  of the existing space at Keam's Yard.

If the group agree to take it on I will be able to turn the place back into a craft/art studio gallery. I'll remove all the vintage stuff.

The back third will remain  as my studio/gallery for my small work and promoting my mural business, the rest of the space will be given wholly over to the group to do with as it likes.

The space for hire is about 20ft x 12 ft (240 square feet, or 12m2), with white walls and optional moveable partitions.

The rent would be £450 per calender month. This could break down as £45 per person, per month, ie £10 per week each, (if 10 people are sharing the space).

Also, just like to point out..... I'm not opposed to the group renting at the Harbour Village, that may be the best way forward to start with, ie. cheaper rent, smaller space, and if it works then possibly expand to use my gallery as well later.

Excellent opportunity - Bruce can members contact you directly and get the ball rolling?

Sounds good to me

Correction, available gallery space is about 21m2 not the previously stated 12m2.

people are welcome to call me, or visit the space, the gallery  aims to be open from at least 12 til 5 every day over Easter, I shall be away 17 - 22 April.

my no. is 07970 633 112. bruce.

Hi just registering a possible interest in this too.

Thanks

Allan

I am interested in this space, too.

The debate about whether or not Made in whit would like to rent some of Keam's Yard has helped me to shift out of my atrophied state, so I have decided to stop farting around with junk vintage etc, and get back to making KY a proper studio/gallery again. I'm going to spend a lot more time in there making my own work and working to commission, so it'll be open more of the time, I need some people to rent space to help make this happen. give me a call

1. studio spaces for hire at my Norfolk St. Studios, Whitstable, from £100 per month. Ground floor space approx. 20ft x 12ft, 1st floor space approx. 9 x 12ft.

2. Keam's Yard is gradually being de-junked to become a dedicated studio/gallery for arts and craft. Spaces available to exhibit and work in from £100 per month

Sounds like a plan!

Sounds like a good opportunity. May well be interested. Will be keeping an eye on progress and will pop in to have a look at space when you return from your time away.

I'd be interested, thanks.
